Reading Adobe PDF files

ReadPlease can read Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf files).  
 
Many users are not aware that you can copy text to the Windows clipboard from within Adobe Acrobat Reader.  
 
There is an extra step for Adobe files that is required. Without knowing this trick ReadPlease will not be able to read Acrobat files.  
 
Here are the steps:
1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader as you normally would  
2. Click on the Text Select Tool - highlighted in red.  
3. Now you are ready to select text as you would normally expect  
4. Copy to clipboard and Paste it into ReadPlease

In newer versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, there is also a Column Select Tool. With this tool you can select a rectangle of text from anywhere in the document. Only use the Column Select Tool if the Text Select Tools doesn't select what you wanted.
