| The Edit menu has many of the items you are accustomed to seeing in any Windows program.
|

| Hotkeys are also shown for easy reference. For example, if you want to copy some text from the document window, you can press [Ctrl]-C .
|
|
|
| If you see a character underlined (Edit | Copy ) is means that rather than clicking on it with your mouse, you can simple press the C key.
|
|
|
|

| Summary of Edit menu:
|
| · | Undo reverses the last action you made to the topic text (great for fixing boo-boos). ReadPlease features multi-level undo which means you can undo nearly an unlimited amount of actions.
|
| · | Redo reverses the Undo action you made to the topic text (in case you selected Undo too many times).
|
| · | Cut cuts the selected text and copies it to the Clipboard.
|
| · | Copy copies the selected text to the Clipboard.
|
| · | Paste inserts the content of the Clipboard into the document.
|
| · | Clear clears selection. You may also press the [Delete] key.
|
| · | Select All selects the entire text in the document.
|
| · | Clear All clears the entire text.
|
| · | Find searches for any text in document (see Find dialog).
|
| · | Repeat Find performs another search for the last word searched for in Find without bringing up the Find dialog. Best to use the [F3] key for repeat find (see Find dialog).

| · | Replace performs a search and replace on text in document, it will search for all occurrences of one word and replace them with another (see Find dialog).
